Day 4: Trying Noom for the First Time

And breaking bad habits I started in Quarantine.

Lord… how long we been in Quarantine? Feels like an eternity.

It’s been nearly a year. Summer has come and gone; we’re now in Autumn and heading quickly toward the Holidays.

We’ve all probably gained a little extra weight between the stress and the boredom — and being, like, 75% more sedentary.

Don’t quote me on that stat, obviously 😉.

To make a long story short, I’ve been trying to tweak my diet and exercise back to some sort of healthy.

I’d been seeing Noom ads on several YouTube videos; decided to give it a try.

So far, I like it.

It seems to focus on the psychology of healthy eating, reprogramming habits, and low-caloric density foods.

That last point applies to a lot vegan foods I like.

So I’ve been logging my food and trying to fit in exercise when I can.

Let’s see what happens!
